Maryelle and I met when I was deep in grief after losing my only daughter Mary Ellen to suicide in 2021. I couldn't explain why all of a sudden I had an urge to take up Pilates, not even knowing what it was. Yet I followed this knowing and found Maryelle's studio soon after. When I told her what we had gone through, she said to me, "Oh, it's YOU." After asking what she meant she told me, "Your daughter came to me [as spirit] and told me 'my mom is going to be coming to you!' I cannot tell you the comfort this brought me then and since. Finding many parallels between Maryelle's life and my daughter's has been uncanny, and our connection cannot be denied... it was a comfort and confirmation I needed to know it was destined and divine.
Maryelle has not only helped me transform my body (20 pounds and 31 inches down!), she helped transformed my SOUL. With assistance from her guided meditations and spiritual insights, she champions my light, my own intuition, and reminds me that when those we love die they do not disappear, but change form and realm. We are with our loved ones always!
