Release your stress, seek your passions, and create memories as mother and daughter at this 3-day retreat experience at Starved Rock. Spend time together growing your relationship while enjoying a cabin retreat, Pilates, guided meditation, hiking, meals, & more! During this cabin retreat, published author, Mariel Maloney, will share how she healed her life and found her soul's passion. Example Itinerary Includes: + Meditation Teaching to Detox Stress + Open Doors Release + Release & Clear Facials + Journal Intentions + Guided Workshop Based on the New Amazon Lead Selling Book, Shifting Into 9th Gear + Empowerment of Passions and Igniting Goals + Self Healing Techniques + Card Readings + Mat Pilates Class Over Looking Illinois River + Hiking + Craft + Saturday Night Dinner in Ottawa Deposit of $200 per person due at registration. Full amount due by February 13, 2022. Cancellations require 30 days written notice. Check-In: Friday, 3 pm. Check-out: Sunday, 12 pm. Cabin accommodations include 10 beds in 3 shared bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. All food and drinks included. Meals include (subject to change): Friday - Dinner: pulled pork'n slaw. Saturday - Breakfast: eggs, bacon, fruit, mini muffins. Lunch: wraps, apple clove chicken, chipotle & ginger mandarin salad. Dinner: Ottawa restaurant.
